Terms of Service (TOS)

By using the Twistedmindsfoundation.com web site, a service of Twistedmindsfoundation. – TMF Clan, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").

Basic Terms

1.  You must be 13 years or older to use this site.

 

2.  You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.

 

 

3.  You are responsible for keeping your password secure, and for changing it every 90 days.

 

4.  You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other TMF users.

 

 

5.  You may not use the Twistedmindsfoundation.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. That means no pornographic materials such as videos, pictures, and audio content.

 

 

6.  You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the Twistedmindsfoundation.com service.

 

 

7.  You must not  modify, adapt or hack Twistedmindsfoundation.com or create, modify another website or use hacks, cheats on other game servers, so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Twistedmindsfoundation.com, or while using the TMF logo and clan tag name.
   

 

8. Using hacks on other game servers while wearing the TMF clan tag name is strickly prohibited. Using hacks on any TMF sponsored servers, will result in a 3 month demotion, a 6 month administrative privaledges suspension or even worse yet, banned from all use of our services for a period of one or more years. Twistedmindsfoundation is committed in bringing honor and integrity to the games we love to play. Using hacks not only brings dis-honor to the game, but shame unto you as a player and a member, but worse yet - disgrace to our clan name and unfairness to other clan members.

 

 

9.  You must not create or submit unwanted email to any TMF members ("Spam").

 

 

10.  You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

 

 

11.  You must not, in the use of the TMF clan name, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

 

 

12.  You must be a registered user with the Twistedmindsfoundation.com website in order to utilize any of TMF services. No exceptions to this rule!  Any user that is inactive for 30 or more days from the Twistedmindsfoundation.com website is subject to deletion.

 

 

13. By registering with TMF - You agree to be an active participant of Ventrillo Chat server, Game server and Forums.

 

 

14. You agree to follow all guidelines as set above, and to obey the instructions of the Clan Leaders (known as the TMF Support Staff).

 

15.  Forum names and game names should match in order to make it easier for us to identify you as a TMF member,  and for promotion sakes

 

General Conditions

1.  We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Twistedmindsfoundation.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.

 

 

2.  We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.

 

 

3.  We reserve the right, in accordance with any applicable laws, to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 

 

4.  We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.

 

 

5. The TMF Clan service makes it possible to post images and text hosted on Twistedmindsfoundation.com to outside websites. This use is accepted (and even encouraged!). However, pages on other websites which display data hosted on Twistedmindsfoundation.com must provide a link back to Twistedmindsfoundation.com.

 

 

6. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.

 

 

7. The TMF support staff reserves the right to check with Punk-Buster, PB-Bans to ensure that you have not been banned from any other server as a result of using cheats and hacks. This includes any room with the Twistedmindsfoundation.com name. 

Copyright -

1. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the TMF service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove any text and images you have stored in the system.

 

 

2. We encourage users to contribute their creations to the Graphics Shop area or consider posting in the Town Square section of our forums.

 

 

3. Twistedmindsfoundation undertakes to obey all relevant copyright laws. We will review all claims of copyright infringement received and remove content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such laws. To make a claim, please provide us with the following:

 

 

4. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on its behalf;

 

 

5. A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

 

 

6. A description of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit Twistedmindsfoundation to locate the material;

 

 

7. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email;

 

 

8. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

 

 

9. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under the pains and penalties of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

 

 

10. Twistedmindsfoundation.com is a fully qualified registered domain name, and the TMF logo is a registered trademark name of the Twistedmindsfoundation.com service and is protected by CopyRight laws governing domain names. Any use of our name must get proper authorization from the TMF Support Staff or Founders.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Twistedmindsfoundation.com account. While Twistedmindsfoundation.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, and makes every effort to remove such content from it’s website if discovered, you understand and agree that the TMF Clan cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Twistedmindsfoundation.com service at your own risk.
